Ravens defensive end Broderick Washington, 24, avoided a felony count of destruction of property and a sentence of up to 12 months in jail and a fine of up to $25,000 if he can complete 100 hours of community service and provide a restitution plan for the four victims whose cars he damaged on March 14.
