And just as there was with Rice, conflicting reports and rumors on when it will come are rampant. At around noon today, NFL.com’s Daniel Jeremiah published a contradicting story. A source told him that there’s a “75 percent chance†Flacco will have a new deal by the official start of training camp next Wednesday.
