He is been very mediocre here. I just don't see him standing up. Joe was nothing but a game manager. Game managers get lots of talent placed around him. That won't happen with a ridiculous contract. He is just collecting paychecks. He does not care anymore.Perriman sucks. The knocks on his draft evals is all he is. I would cut him after 2017.
