Conditioning is fine for seasons end, but what about beginning of the season? As I recall we started out 3-0, the proceeded to go 0 for October losing to slappies like the Skids and Jets and Oakland. Pops brought up Christmas day game ughhhh. That game was lost end of 3rd quarter and the begining of the 4th when we put 2 field goals up in a span of two minutes, somehow someway we needed a 7 spot on one of those drives. Don't know how conditioning could of prevented Pitts final drive. They drove at will with a minute to go.
