Talent starts at the high school level I love the daily paper here on Tuesdays they recap all the central Florida players in the NFL, pretty entertaining read. High school football in MD is bland, majority of football games here are played Friday nights under the lights. The other thing in our paper is they highlight the stud high schooler and their verbal commitments to division 1 schools. Until MD improves at the high school level the Terps will be second fiddle in the Big 10, if money is more important then national embarrassment, then maybe the President and athletic director need to be investigated.
