Yager, the line was phenomenal. I don't know if it was because we had low expectations and were pleasantly surprised, but put this way; they said it would take 4-6 weeks to gel. McKinnie looked great and ate up Harrison. Oher will be a Pro Bowl RT now. No false start penalities from him. I think we may of had 2 holding penalties. Birk started and was solid. I have heard numerous times that Bulger will come back as a starter if Flacco went down. I would love Gerrard, but I think the Ravens want to save a roster spot and have Bulger as back pocket. Just need Tyrod to cover that game....and based on any Qb's first outing in which no one game plans, he would be fine playing. We'd be OK from the O-crap factor that game...then bring Bulger in.

Wow...I gotta say at the beginning when the lockout lifted we were all freaking out and yelling at Ozzie about him doing nothing. The past couple of weeks I guess goes to show we actually do have the one of the best GMs in the biz. Hokey as it is "In Ozzie we Trust."

you are right Yager. When we got him in the supplemental I think that was the thought....Great talent with issues. Take a low risk chance on him and do whatever with him if it doesn't shake out. Seeing his potential was painful for us as fans but for the FO they knew it was a possibility. Damn!

I don't think anyone questions this guy's play. It is the character and off the field stuff that is a concern. Perhaps he ate instead of clubbed during the lockout....you know trying to avoid more arrests! So that said, it is interesting that he has a relationship with Oher. That probably helped with the character issue. I feel Ray vouching for him is like the 3rd party guarantor. I don't think he would put his word on the line if he didn't feel it. Sometimes a change in scenery is all that is needed. I also drink the Koolaid though

1-3 AGREED!!!!! We were always there but $h!t the bed tackling! I think our receiving has potential...and that's without seeing Q today. Tyrod stinks of Troy Smith and the O-Line penalties particularly from Cousins are angering. The only warm and fuzzies I got were Carey Williams and Bernard Pollard.....and Pitta....Parmele looked good too but that was late in the game with who knows what on Iggles D.
