The NFL breeds an infectious insanity that's liable to erupt at any time. If you bet on NFL games, you hate money. If you follow an NFL team, you deserve what you get. The league is in the business of making dollars, not sense.

Does that explain Bengals 27, Ravens 24 for you? Let's hope so, because that's the best I can do. In football, you don't know nothin'.
The home team dropped 27 on the best scoring defense in the league. The Bengals were comfortably ahead, then (almost) impossibly behind. They lost the game, then won it, then (almost) lost it, all in the last six-plus minutes. Watching this game was like riding The Beast while standing on your head.
