Or am I forgetting that they did? Pretty in depth post I haven't made my way completely through it, but I have always had my suspicions on the state's timeline. What a mess all around. Posted February 13, 2015 Share Posted February 13, 2015 Saw the appeal made it through, which is cool - though of course, its only on the grounds that his lawyer didn't offer him a plea option / pursue it from the state. At least it keeps things moving. The podcast didn't go into a lot of depth on the physical evidence at all - but they admitted that because so little of it existed and it wasn't really used at all at trial.
