Ravenmaniac52 Posted May 7, 2010 Posted May 7, 2010 PSX reports when George Kokinis returns to football, it'll likely be in the Baltimore Ravens' personnel department. But the Ravens haven't made any plans to announce that Kokinis is re-joining the team. There was speculation last month that Kokinis, the former general manager for the Cleveland Browns, would come back to the Ravens after the draft. Kokinis, director of pro personnel for the Ravens from 2003 to 2008, was spotted with Ravens officials at the NFL combine in Februrary. Some wonder whether Kokinis, who received an undisclosed settlement from the Browns, is in a rush to come back to the NFL. I think we could welcome him back! Quote
ForceEight Posted May 8, 2010 Posted May 8, 2010 I'm indifferent. It's pretty obvious that the mastery is all Ozzie (granted, Savage and Kokinis both had to try their hands in Cleveland...). Decosta and Hortiz and Co. are just fine. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted May 8, 2010 Posted May 8, 2010 I want Shack Harris back. Ozzie has been bad with FA since he left. Quote
thundercleetz Posted May 11, 2010 Posted May 11, 2010 I agree with Force. While it would be nice to get a guy back with whom we are comfortable with, Ozzie and DeCosta have proven that our personel guys are replaceable, DeCosta is clearly the guy to replace Ozzie, as evident by the fact that we denied Seattle's request to interview him. Then throw in guys like Hortiz and Vince Newsome, and we are fine. Quote
