D. Smith signs with Bucs/Marlon Brown re-signs with Ravens

After releasing him, Ozzie left the back door open to bring Smith back at a reduced rate but he tested the

waters and got what he wanted.

Marlon comes back at a reduced rate but must compete for spot.

I hate to see Smith go but he was a CAP casualty.

As for Marlon - Meh. Maybe good, maybe not.

He had one good rookie year where he looked like he was going to be a keeper but

then fizzled with 200 and 100 yard seasons. Ravens obviously have hope for him.
