He replaces Dean Pees, who last week was promoted to defensive coordinator. SpearSrai Posted February 2, 2012 Posted February 2, 2012 Quality hire. Broncos players like Champ Bailey and Brian Dawkins fought for the guy before he was fired after one bad season. Worked with McDaniels... maybe he brings some Belichickian voodoo magic with him.
