I love him to death, but Mark can get down on himself and become very pessimistic. Of all the people I've ever known, there are probably two who I thought could win a championship at the age of 50: Bobby Allison, back in the day, and Mark Martin. Eventually, I believe he'll be able to enjoy that rocking chair I gave him, but right now he's real excited about driving for Rick (Hendrick). I thought he retired?? The Rest
ForceEight Posted February 4, 2009 Posted February 4, 2009 I like DW, but I don't really like his predictions. Honestly, I don't think Martin will do nearly as well as people think. He's the fourth car in an organization, and I don't think the 5 car is as strong as it should be with three other top-tier drivers. I think he might get to the Chase, but it'll be close...
