Update 3:30 p.m.: Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco hasn't been spotted 45 minutes into practice. There doesn't appear to be any reason for concern. His wife is scheduled to give birth on Saturday.

A pair of rookie wide receivers stole the show at the team’s training facility in Owings Mills. Deonte Thompson, who went undrafted, hauled in two long passes for touchdowns – the first of which incited wide receiver Anquan Boldin and fullback Vonta Leach into taunting inside linebacker Ray Lewis. Tommy Streeter, a sixth-round pick, made a few acrobatic grabs, including one in the back left corner of the end zone. Afterwards, Streeter punted the ball, but did not draw a flag from a pair of officials – which drew the ire of inside linebacker Jameel McClain and strong safety Bernard Pollard.

 

** Cornerbacks Jimmy Smith and Webb appeared to be in midseason form with their laterals. After Smith intercepted a pass from quarterback Tyrod Taylor intended for wide receiver Torrey Smith, Jimmy Smith raced down the right sideline. Just when it appeared that Torrey Smith would get to him, Jimmy Smith flipped the football over his left shoulder to a trailing Webb, who coasted into the end zone.
