So, I guess you're certainly not an enthusiast. And maybe you're an "analyst." (Though, even analysts have to acknowledge when they're wrong and when/what is going well for a team or organization - which you struggle with, so I wouldn't call you an analyst. Too much credit.). But I think your affinity for focusing on this team makes you a fan, even if you don't want to be. Some people just can't help caring about the things they care about....
