Maybe I don't read enough from different sources, but I found most descriptions of draftees starting with strengths and then weaknesses, but in Browns' case it seemed the opposite. anyway nothing can go too wrong for them, they needed just about everything.

Top organizations turn great draft picks into wins. Poor organizations consistently transform top prospects into on-the-field failures. No matter how well these teams draft (I'm looking at you, Lions and Browns...) they still have to combine it with the winning attitude, the proper strategy, and the solid coaching. Just one more reason why it's great being a Raven's fan... I don't know many other fans who trust their organization as much as we (well, most of us...) do.
