If Roman leaves he is going to take ppl to serve on his staff. I would expect him to look to use a position coach as oc. Most of the time they get qb coaches for that spot. I just expect us to have to replace the qb coach.

Roman went to some college OC's to further refine this offense. So a dynamic of there could do it. Tjey should watch tape of this to understand how to proceed. i also need them to bring ib a dynamic guy to be a qb coach to keep working on larmars throwing skills.

I would not be a good OC. I am better at the player side.
