A great coach can get average guys to play great. i count at least 6 starters needed in the trenches. I don’t it could be upwards of 9. I don’t see that being done in a single draft. I think 4 is about the limit.

Traditionally that’s how it’s done. But we have skill positions in place so we focus on the trenches. That shouldn’t be as long except the cap is lurking.
