Yeah Joe over the last few yrs rates in the lower half of QBs. What an accomplishment? Yeah Harbs loves bringing in garbage OCs. It really doesn't say much for his ability to evaluate his staff.

Aikman was not even that great a QB. Nor helped him. The talent helped him. Since then he made Jay Fiedler good. Norv is much better than Cam, Caldwell, or Tressman. Hell he might have been able to make this offense work well.
