  1. Absolutely the smartest thing is no guaranteed money.
  2. Not mad at all. I don't recall posting it. I am wait and see. If it is true it willl be confirmed before long.
  3. Were you saying that back a yr ago last Feb?
  4. Max you don't know that yet.
  5. Could be the first report. Ppl said look at the source when the first vid came out.
  6. You don't know what other expenses he had other than the lawyers. Look how the lawyers ate up so much of Rays money in Atl.
  7. 80% are in the realm of broke within 2 yrs of leaving the game. I said when he settled with the team that it was stupid. He could have gotten much more from a suit. I expect him to sue the league but he better get to it before the statute of limitations expires. I think he is dreaming about getting that call I said would never come.
  8. So a list before the draft and before the debacle of a roster. Also where is the objective matrix they are using to make this ranking?
  9. So you want a QB who oversleeps and is late for practice. Hell a QB that can't even make the team plane for an away game. A guy that has had drug issues. And you also talk of cap issues. That is the point. Nobody was beating this asses door down and they gave him a 2 yr 2.5 mil deal. At best it should have been a base deal with incentives. I said it from the start. He is a locker room cancer. His sickness can wipe off on the rest of the locker room. That said SSS doesn't like those guys. He beat the piss out of one in Car. Maybe he does it to Mallet.
  10. Yeah how many times do I have to say that 1 team does business that way? Can you count to 1? So you propose running the triple option for the Ravens? You like the QB that is more of a RB than a QB. The guy who throws for under 100 yds a game. Who cares about the 5 yrs? You like the small production QBs. Yeah bc the FO can't keep their books straight and have cap space to not be an inch deep.
  11. Well putting the Raven in Cap hell doesn't seem wise. Maybe he can do it to them on the regular.
  12. That is the point. Nobody else is willing to do the same things to stay great.
  13. If this is true Ozzie and others need to be shown the door.
  14. He is the only one I like too so far. You cannot reach like Buf or NYJ did.
  15. Do you even know what offense Navy runs?
  16. http://stats.washingtonpost.com/cfb/players.asp?id=218405 A dude who has thrown for just over 1000 yds in a 12 game season is who you would invest in. Wow you don't know much about the game. You are clueless.
  17. Bigger still is how BB has organized that FO and how they do business. You notice they didn't colapse when Brady went down with a knee. Then they parleyed Cassel into a 1st round pick. If you do not have the QB you want and or he asks for a insane amount cast him off and get all the parts around him while you search for your guy in the draft. There is no need to reach for a QB like NYJ, Buf, or Bal.
  18. The thing is you don't jump off the cliff with the rest of them.
  19. I know that is just my point. Ownership misevaluates. It is amazing how you prove just what I am saying. Also that list you rolled up. Again the Ravens made a stupid decision along with other stupid teams making their own stupid decisions.
  20. The previous contract was an average of 14 mil and change. That was inked at the same time Joe got his. Now what was Joe getting in his deal? Brady could ask for and get what Joe will be making as a cap hit for next yr. HE is that good. Joe isn't even in the same ball park of talent. HE should be making far less. When Joe inked that deal I was saying it should be the 6 yrs but for 105. I now see that he isn't even worth that. Joe to actually be effective with the talent he requires should get 6 yrs maybe 84 mil. A SB of 15 mil would be good.
  21. A 3 yr 27 mil deal is a big payday. You have lost your last functioning brain cell.
  22. When exactly was that?
  23. No it is Brady is willing to leave money on the table to get more talent. Joe just wants the green. But the Pats are more willing to let go of players even stars than the Ravens and many times getting compensation for them. They do not allow their cap to get out of hand. This give them the flexibility to make due with injuries and be a deeper team.
