Actually Bobby Bethard did most of that. Casserly was his #2. Stuff started to fall off when Bethard left. Bobby ran the Dolphins in th elate 60's into the late 70's. When did they win in the early 70's? After he left Wash he went to SD. The Chargers got to the SB pretty fast after he got there.
