I saw X-men last night. It is the best of the whole franchise. There are plenty of funny parts. The CG is so very good. It sets up so many story lines and also allows for fixing some past mistakes. The Age of Apocalypse snippet looked really cool.

Is that the famous arson case that was in the press several yrs back? I recall that it was deemed arson but in the appeal an expert basically said the original expert had no idea what he was talking about. I believe the guy was convicted of burning up his family. Just recently I saw something on how the FBI was teh go to for hair fiber cases. They sent many people away on that testimony alone. Now over and over DNA is overturning those cases and the FBI is going back and looking to see how badly they screwed up.
