I think MD should legalize sports book and sell it off to the Bmore casino. Fight the feds to have it. If I had billions of dollars I would love to add to that casino a new racetrack, arena, and hotel. It would be a huge complex that could raise the racing industry and make the state so much money.

Agreed. Looks like Texas might topple fairly soon. It is on the ballot again in Ore where it lost by very little in 2012, Alaska, Cal, Zona (Joe Arpio is gonna be pissed), Vermont, Mizou, NH, NJ, and Okl. That doesn't take into consideration states that have decriminalized. I think within 10 yrs 2/3 of the country will be legal and the feds will have dropped it from the schedule 1 classification.
