Gotta thank the owner for listening to his buddies and ignoring the football people. There are SOP's about running football orgs. There is a reason why it is a copycat league. It counts against the cap. The money comes off the cap now. If he does not reach the incentive then that money goes back to the cap for 2014.

Pretty good but here are my adjustments. As a FB which the Ravens have always had I would add Sam Gash. At WR I would take Mason of the list and add Bouldin. Sharpe takes Heaps spot. Yanda takes Edwin's spot. Flynn sucked so Jason Brown takes his spot. AD is out and JJ is in. Starks is out and Webb is in. Herring is out and Woodson is in.
