At any given yr a guy can be elite. He can also fall from that level fast too. Being a elite player doesn't make a guy a HOF. Jamal was elite but he is almost a lock to not be in the HOF.

Hell no he is not in the solar system for the HOF. He had to do what he was doing about 5 yrs ago for another 4+ yrs to get in the HOF.
