There is a huge difference between TB and the O's. The Rays have stocked their farm system. They traded guys when they were going to leave via FA to keep the system stocked. The Baltimore system is basically bare.

Yeah had the govt bailed out the people things would have been better. The banks have sat on the cash. They have gotten $8.4 trillion at about 0% interest. Their profits are something like .5% on that borrowed money. Those 30billion profits are crap compared to what they borrowed.
