  1. Well I would say that not being able to byob is a rule change. It has lowered the infield attendance. What Annapolis has done I agree is wrong. The Preakness will leave MD and it is Annapolis' fault.

  4. Maybe they used the Orioles method of counting people. They changed the rules and Racing just has no cache anymore so there is nothing to talk.
  5. I am listening to the radio. They say that the overhead crowd looks much smaller. Is that true?

  10. I think they need to make a Hershel Walker type trade if they want to win the SB.
  11. Unfortunatly I see the Preakness will not be here much longer. Annapolis has pooch screwed the racing industry.
  12. This is not like that idiot in Cle who was doing stunts on a motorcycle he had learned to ride that day. There are times when a team needs to go after the cash but this is not it.
  13. Not a chance I would ink that deal. Not on a RB.
  14. I don't think it hurts at all. He has threatened to retire twice under this contract. I do not see them giving him a long term deal after this contract is done. They would basically go yr to yr with him if they are smart. If you give him big upfront cash and he retires on you it is a death blow with the small caps.
  15. It is not an issue. They have made it very hard for another team to give Eric a job promotion. They have made it difficult for him to leave.
  16. And that stated before there are only 3 seasons where that era did not exist. 1994 the moder FA and cap was started. So thy did Mike Brown Suck ass from 1994-2002? You said he should be around 500 routinely and he was not.
  17. Then why is it that Mike Brown except for 3 seasons that predate the modern FA period has a .286 win percentage. If everyone can get to around .500 then why did he wait for Marvin to come to town to do it?
  18. You obviously know zero about the game.
  19. .286 winning percentage to a .491 percentage. That is a night and day change.
  20. When did I say he routinely misses in the draft? Please show me the quote. I have said he should have dealt with a position but ignored it but I have always said he drafts very well. In 12 seasons Brown had 1 single 500 season but Marvin has had at least 500 2/3 of the time since he began coaching. Do you grasp how systemically different those results are?
  21. Someone must have been sniffing around.
  22. Also there is the rookie wall and I have seen it happen. If he works out well come late nov he will really could start tailing off.
  23. Hey in the long run this might be the right move. Say they bite tthe bullet and don't perform well but get young guys set to run faster in the future. In 2013 a better picking postion continues the transition to the touth movement.
  24. The biggest problem that the Bengals have had is Mike Brown. He brings in crap. He is to cheap to have a real scouting dept. That is how they drafted dubious guys because they did not perform their due diligence in the pre draft investigating. Had Mike Brown been here in 1996 he would have drafted Phillips. He would have gone with what the pundits said was the right call.
  25. He needs a lot more work in the weight room before he is ready.
