  1. I agree. I have not seen 1 Steeler logo being worn by anyone.

I really do like him as a coach. He gets the most of his players and gets the job done most of the time. Also when he got there he checked his ego at the door. You know he wanted to have his own guy at DC but LeBeau is a legend and their D has never been a concern.
  4. OK I have seen about 35 people this morning. I have yet to see any Squeelers garb. We will see if they bail on the team after 1 loss.

    Super Bowl

They got back into the game by Woodson and Driver getting hurt. There is no doubt. You have to flood the Steelers zones. It also doesn't mean youu have to stop running either. Starks only had 52 yds rushing but at 4.7 a carry. They had to respect it.
  6. I guess SAFE Mang has the contract for Dallas now.

How much does this negate the Brett legend in GB? It took Rodgers 3 yrs to do what Brett needed 5 yrs to do. I think Rodgers will get more rings also. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2011/02/06/aaron-rodgers-wins-what-brett-favre-never-did-super-bowl-mvp/

  10. A few things from watching this. 1 How the hell could you want a new stadium stadium 18 yrs after this one was built? 2 It is not good enough to be in the playoffs. That is where every Ravens fan should be. The slapping your self on the back for going to the playoffs 3 in a row needs to stop. It is time to get better. 3 I forgot 2000 had a bad storm in ATL. So this week with Dallas is not that big a deal.
  11. No kidding. That has long been an issue with the Ravens.

  14. I wouldn't say he has missed on CB's. He hit with Cmac and Webb looks to be solid at worst. Starks was a system guy. Pittman and Jenkins are the only misses that I see. You will not hit on all of them. At WR I agree. The only way to combat that is avoid questionable players like you do for every position and keep casting trying to pull in a keeper. Jermain was solid as an extra WR. Stokely was a very solid WR when healthy. Patrick Johnson was at best OK. TT was taken way to high. I still don't get why they traded up from 15 to grab TT at 10. Ron Johnson sucked. The whole 2004 Ravens WR class was awful. Schaub was drafted 8 spots after DVD and Shaun Phillips went 16. I never liked Clayton coming out of OU. He would disappear in big games. Guess what every game in the NFL is big. Roddy White went 5 picks after Clayton. That soon was followed by Luis Castillo, Heath Miller, Logan Mankins, Michael Roos, and Lofa Tatupu. Dwil was just soft. Maybe they should stay away from Oregon WR's like you should from UF ones. Man just looking at who comes just after him it is sad. Leon Washington, Stephen Gostkowski, Brandon Marshall, and Elvis Dumervil are within about 12 picks of him. Figures was a total bust. Following him was Matt Spaeth and Mike Sims-Walker. All in all that was a weak draft league wide. Marcus Smith has been a good special teams guy. Maybe he will be good on offense in time. David Reed showed signs of being good. I liked guys like Carlton Mitchell, Arthur Moats, Dan LeFevour, Dezmon Briscoe, Antonio Brown(who burned the Ravens), Joe Webb, Tony Pike, Myron Rolle, Syd'Quan Thompson, and Erik Cook who followed him.
  15. Well Rex and Hugh got a new job. It is not like they were pushed out.
  16. Oh yeah I agree. I have said it for yrs. The problem is Ozzie keeps so many and doesn't see guys he will trade away early. The fan base always screams if there is ever a possibility that a major piece could be pushed off. The Pats and Squeelers are willing to push out older players. I think they have been more successful than Bmore.
  17. To bad they have nothing with trade value to get more picks.
  18. I agree. There is an issue of patience on the fans side that needs to be exercised. As to trading back in this draft being smart in who you pick also is needed. There were huge red flags with Kindle. Ozzie did not have to take him. You can't lay the header down the stairs at Ozzie's feet though. I knew Cody would suck. I said before drafted him. I wasn't alone in that tread. With Dickson I think it is a problem with this franchise sitting on new guys. They don't let them play then suddenly need them to step in because of injury. Why expect them to stand up doing that?
  19. If there is a growing disconnect between players and the coaching staff then these numbers will start heading down. If Harbs circling of the wagons around Cam further alienates players from coaches the team will not get better.
  20. http://nflmocks.com/2011/02/04/nfl-mocks-podcast/ Here is a podcast about him. http://www.nfldraftblitz.com/valueboard.html This value board has him going undrafted but that is just speculation.
  21. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2011/02/04/union-agents-consider-boycott-of-combine-or-draft/ So put this on the backs of players who are not even a part of the union or the league yet. If players who don't come to the Combine get drafted later because the no-show hurt their stock they should be pissed. I would take that anger out on my agent and D Smith.
  22. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2011/02/05/ravens-players-threatened-to-go-to-union-about-long-playoff-practices/ Like I said the coaching staff needs to start getting out in front of things or they will lose the team. They had someone run to the NFLPA during the mini camps. Now players were threatening to go again. You also have a divide between your QB and the OC. These are not good signs.
