This team is not built for the long haul. It should make the playoffs but I do not see it getting the ring. That said cast off who will not help you long term to get the ring. We are to thin on the OL. The passrush will not be good enough and the DB's will not be where we need them to be to cover the DL.

Oher out played him at LT. The problem with the line when Oher was at LT was that the RT had issues. Gaither in now a RT. I do not think he can play that position. Cousins is plain not good.
