Baseball on the radio can be a beautiful thing. Not so much with the crew I heard today though. No offense to them but they were not good. You can't take a sports call in host and slot in into play by play and expect him to be good. Hopefully they improve. It can happen.

These radio announcers are awful.

I don't necessarily disagree, just not fully in favor of a law blocking people from voting for 100 year olds.

While I try not to vote for ancient candidates I do not think there should be an age limit. I think that is ageism pure and simple. The parties and people should do a better job bringing in and supporting younger candidates but I don't think there needs to be a law. Kind of the same with term limits but I am closer to being in agreement with term limits. Not there yet, don't vote for them if they have been there long, but I understand the desire for some.

I like that idea. I just hope no one drops me.

Hundreds of horses die each year in horse racing, almost 500 in the US in 2018. Many others get injured. When it goes well it's still a "sport" where someone whips a horse to make it go faster. Garbage "sport" run by corrupt garbage people.

Just do away with horse racing in general.

Some workers are on the roof of my office building and they have a radio going with Jack FM ( guess) on. So far I have heard "great" stuff like Motley Crue's "Home Sweet Home", Pat Benetar's "Love Is A Battlefield", and Howard Jones "Things Can Only Get Better" - all with the tinny sound from coming through the vents. Its going to be a long day.

Thats really cool. I dont often watch, but Fallon does some funny stuff. I loved his Emmy opening from a couple years ago. Thats also a lot of singing for an actress who doesnt normally sing to do. I am sure she learned how to sing from her father, but I do not know if she ever has done it in front of an audience.

I just read Craig's book, American On Purpose. I liked it very much.

Thats exactly how I feel. I love Letterman but can understand why others dont. I am happy with 4 of the 5 late night hosts right now. I like Letterman, Conan, Craig, and Kimmel. Fallon is harmless but I am not sure I like him or if he does a good job. The only one I watch frequently is Letterman, but whenever I catch any of the others I enjoy them. I love Craig's crocodile. Craig is really really strange and odd. And I mean that in a very good way. I want to read his book.
