They would have to draft/sign FA at least 2 players able to play NT to cut him.
Best option I think would be to sign/draft a starter and make him the backup. That should limit his playing time...

Not sure now that the link is removed, but I have seen something similar earlier this season on another board.
It was basically a site listing all the current players on the roster for every team sorted and displayed so you could see when and by whom they were drafted.
It was quite interesting for the Ravens because basically the team consisted of players drafted in the last 4 years, a few free agents and then at most, one previously drafted player who had been resigned after his rookie contract.
The thing I took away from it was that the goal of the draft consists of getting one player for the long term and then a bunch of role players for 4 years which was not how I had been thinking about the draft.

You know, when normal NFL fans watch football, they hope to see field goals, big plays, TDs and such things.
As a Ravens fan, I am hoping to see a single first down, maybe two and if I am really lucky I will see something resembling a drive by a professional football team.

Imho it is just the NT position that needs a complete overhaul. Jones and Tyson, while not superstars, are good enough. Cody and Kemo on the other hand....no.

I would draft a LT move Oher back to RT where he is better and move KO to LG. They have safteies they drafted this yr. Need to see them develop this off season. So I see DL, LB and LT as the main needs.
I would move Oher to LG instead.
I see LT, C, NT, ILB, OLB and FS as needs.

Harbaugh and his playing not to lose mentality is really pissing me off.
I don't think changing coordinators is the solution, it's on Harbaugh. He wants to play O and D patiently, waiting for others mistakes. Like Reid, he will win his fair share of games, particularly against bad teams as they make more mistakes than good teams, but he simply will not win it all.
You cannot wait on others mistakes your way to a championship.

Cody signed a 4 year contract in the summer of 2010.
I would rather have Ngata at DE and someone else at NT.
