  1. They put a lot into the detective aspect of Batman - you use those skills as much as you rely on fighting skills. The fighting system is great - you can take on 20 unarmed people at a time or pick off armed thugs one by one from the rafters. The boss battles are great - without giving too much away they have 5 of the big Batman villains in the game. Seriously, it's the Dark Knight of superhero games - makes Ultimate Alliance look silly (and i liked ultimate alliance).

Yeah I have to agree. This game is a lot of fun, and I normally try to stay away from long gaming, but I played it 2 straight hours last night. You can set up traps by hanging people from random gargoyles, than while everybody's running towards the guy screaming, glide kick everybody and take them out quickly since they all have automatics. This game is definitly worth it. I traded my fallout 3 to a friend for it. Fall out was a game I just had too much trouble trying to get into.

  2. Played 'Infamous' in Best Buy for 10 minutes the other day.

Wow. That sounds like a 15 year old. I don't even own PS3... or any console right now. My parents have a Wii and both my brothers have Xbox360... I guess I told myself I was researching the system when I did it. Though, I have a feeling I won't be anywhere near buying one anytime soon.

Regardless... had heard good things about Infamous and wanted it for PC, played it at Best Buy... has gotten killer reviews and I enjoyed my few minutes.

Also, I loved the original Assassin's Creed and the 2nd is only supposed to be better... not sure if they are PS3 titles though.

Assasin's Creed is an incredible game. Definitly great, but once you beat it it has 0 replay value. It has the making of a great storyline, but you will not understand what the hell is happening unless you play the first. And a spoiler alert! There will be a 3rd, and the set up at the end makes it seem like the 3rd will be the best out of the trilogy.

  3. This is it... I can't take this anymore. This is not the same NFL I fell in love with.. so you know what. I'm giving up football. I can't take it anymore. In all seriousness... I can't take it. It seems rigged... and it just hurts to watch these games now. So i'm giving it up period.

  4. I'm at a point right now (living in Minneapolis but grew up in DC) where I want to move back around the area. I'm not resigning my lease and will take a month off to live in Sicily to meet some of my cousins. When I come back I will be looking for apts in the area around October. Does anybody have any suggestions? I want a place thats safe and has access to M&T bank stadium.

  5. It's -6 here and about half a foot of snow in Minneapolis. My boss called me and asked why I wasen't work yet, I told him the busses were breaking down and my one buss came half an hour late (all while I was outside waiting for it). he just told me leave earlier or walk (about a mile and a half)

As a native of Baltimore and former Ravens coach, Detroit Lions head coach Jim Schwartz still holds two season tickets. Those go to his in-laws. Other than that, he is not expecting to procure a lot of comps.

“I always had a rule: If you’re getting tickets from me, then you’ve got to root for the team that I’m with,” said the Mount Saint Joseph’s High School graduate. “So, that cuts quite a few of them out. My family can switch allegiance, and I have a sister that’s a season-ticket holder. I’m still a season-ticket holder with the Ravens.

“I have two PSLs – they’re suite tickets. My father-in-law goes just about every game, but everybody in my family, when it comes time, they all switch their jerseys on game day and they root for the Titans or the Lions, or whoever I’m with. There will be a bunch, but a lot of them already have tickets because a lot of them are Ravens fans the other 15 weeks of the season.”

Just days after FOXSports.com newsman Jay Glazer reported the possibility of the Ravens trading with the New England Patriots for wideout Joey Galloway, the veteran receiver has been cut, according to the Boston Herald’s Ian Rapoport.

This is interesting, because Galloway’s release before Tuesday’s 4 p.m. trade deadline means that a team would not have to give up anything other than a contract in order to nab the 15th-year veteran, not to mention that Galloway becomes an unrestricted free agent and does not have to clear waivers.

  8. The trades have gone through, were they a good idea or not?

  9. I dunno. It seems pretty balanced. Just a matter of how much you want for Peterson. Who are your other running backs?

I also have Fred Jackson with the bills, Jamal Lewis, Leon Washington, and Willis McGahee. I'm starting right now AP and Fred

  10. I needed a good receiver, and have 5 rb's, so would this be a good trade to accept?

*One of my favorite Ravens play of all time.

Our D is still tops, it's just a matter of statistics I was looking at. In all... lets hope the O stays and improves. We don't need great WR's when we can spread the ball and get the passes to the HB. This is already looking like a good year, making mistakes early and coming out with wins. I won't do predictions, but we are likely going to take this division if we can get over the stealers.

  12. Looking at the standings just a moment ago, we have scored the 2nd most points in the league with 69 points in 2 games! Our defense though has allowed 50 points putting us in the middle of the pack for points allowed. The only team better than us overall is the NO Saints, who lead the league in points and have allowed 49 points. We all together have one of the best teams in the league with an emerging offense, but I'm guessing something had to drop off, and it's our pass D. Do you think we can go head to head like we have been, or do we upgrade our corners/ or pass rush? Thoughts?
