Robjr83 Posted July 30, 2013 Posted July 30, 2013 Funny seeing Art Jones running to the truck... Quote
deeshopper Posted July 30, 2013 Posted July 30, 2013 Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh has proven to be open-minded. Harbaugh's latest motivational ploy appealed to his players' inner child: following practice during training camp Monday, a pair of ice cream trucks showed up. This wasn't the first time the Super Bowl-winning coach had pulled off the stunt — the Miss Twist and company also showed up to the Owings Mills, Md. facility in 2011. But there was a catch on this occasion — only defensive players were allowed to enjoy the frozen treats. Meanwhile in NBA news, the Los Angeles Lakers are bringing back Kurt Rambis for a fourth time as an assistant coach. Rambis — who was on Phil Jackson's bench for two of the five titles the Zen Master won in Tinseltown — was also a player during the Showtime era, winning four rings in the '80s. General manager Mitch Kupchak told the L.A. Times Monday the team has no plans to tank during the upcoming season. Finally in college football news, Louisville Cardinals quarterback and Heisman Trophy hopeful Teddy Bridgewater has taken out a $10 million insurance policy on himself. Fellow standout Jadeveon Clowney has a $5 million policy. Please post *some* of the article and not just a link. The reason being that the content generated here, is automatically shared elsewhere. No sense in having someone click twice on something to get the content. It's frustrating for our users. The first three paragraphs and a link to the rest of the story is acceptable. Thanks! Quote
