millz58 Posted January 7, 2010 Posted January 7, 2010 I spent my birthday weekend 12/18 - 12/20 shoveling out of one property just to get to another property to shovel it out. We had 21 inches in Glen Burnie, about the same in Parkville. Reminders of 2003, ugh. Memories of childhood in upstate NY, where this kind of accumulation was normal, and also of Springfield, MO where 1.5" of snowfall one year literally shut the town down because the entire county had not one snowplow. Maryland is somewhere in the middle of two extremes I guess.
