TBird Posted October 14, 2014 Posted October 14, 2014 Hurst rebounded from Indy with a great game vs a good rusher. Still needs improvement in runblocking. Urschel stepped up too. Two rookies, one undrafted holding down the left side of the line. http://russellstreetreport.com/filmstudy-o-line-deep-and-talented/ Quote
oldno82 Posted October 14, 2014 Posted October 14, 2014 Let's see how the do over the next few games before we say we're deep on the O-line. I'd LOVE to see them duplicate the effort and results they put out Sunday. Quote
varaven45 Posted October 15, 2014 Posted October 15, 2014 Ditto. Two weeks ago- against Indy- everyone here said our OL stunk. Last Sunday - against TB- it was great. Let's see how it performs against Atlanta, Cincy and Pitt in the next 3 weeks. Quote
TBird Posted October 15, 2014 Author Posted October 15, 2014 Hurst only has two games left, I think it is, before Monroe comes back so if he holds up, he done goodwith only 1 bad game. TB had a legit good rusher going vs him. The article is correct that we are now deep and there's no fear if one of the top guys goes down. Also JahReid had a monster block pan caking a guy Sunday and there's Ryan Jensen on the practice squad ifhe can over come sleep apnea. Quote
