Nice....here's a bright spot. He'll put on more muscle and keep developing. I don't think Ray ever won this his rookie year (Lewis earned USA Today's All-Rookie team honors after his 15 tackles for loss led the NFL and 110 tackles led the Ravens in the 1996 season. He added two and a half sacks, six pass deflections, and an interception on the season.)

Mosley was named the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Month for October on Thursday.

It further boosts his bid for NFL Rookie of the Year.

The last Ravens defender to win the award was Terrell Suggs in 2003. Suggs went on to win Defensive Rookie of the Year.

“I didn’t really have a timetable for when I would start doing these kinds of things, but I knew what kind of player I was and I knew why the Ravens drafted me,” the 17th-overall pick said. “My biggest thing was just to prove that I could play in this league and that I could play on this defense.”

Through the first half of the season, Mosley is fourth in the NFL in tackles 76. He is the only NFL defender to post at least 70 tackles, an interception, a fumble recovery and forced fumble entering Week 9 http://www.baltimoreravens.com/news/article-1/CJ-Mosley-Named-Defensive-Rookie-Of-The-Month/5fa59be4-ebf8-44d3-8bd1-ec74af567899

Mosley's on pace for 152 tackles.

How about pro bowl too?

Two weeks ago PFF rated him playing better than any other linebacker in the game and it

wasn't even close for the runner up.
