4th and 1 and John let everybody know where he stands and where he intends to go. He went for it, that's how he's wired and the teams is the same way.

He works his ass off, won't back down from shit, he's honest, and there is "no quit" in him.

He'll make mistakes, but he picks himself and the team right back up, dusts them off and they "Keep Swimming".

Let me mention Loyal. He is loyal to us, the fans, to his players, coaches and the Ravens organization.

To the Bone Loyal. Raven to the bone loyal. That's his DNA.

He has been in the lions den too many times to be intimidated....and he knows how to win in the playoffs with what he has, in any kind of environment, condition or stage.
