"Ravens coach John Harbaugh said NFL knows Jaguars weren't set on final play from scrimmage. Play shouldn't have been allowed, he said. Harbaugh said he is not allowed to comment on whether league acknowledged mistake."

 

Also just heard NFL confirmed this. I had this thought watching it.

Too bad we didn't have the referee from the infamous 5th down game - 1940 Cornell vs Dartmouth. We'll never see this happen again- NFL or college.

Yea its all over the news feeds, so what the refs made a mistake, if our safety could catch they would of never needed that play.
