It's definitely been a fresh start, and I've been trying to reward the Ravens with good play. That's all I've been trying to do, go out and play well. The Raiders were a good organization by actually giving me the opportunity to shop around, and the Ravens stepped up to the plate. I definitely don't want to disappoint. What were your feelings about joining the Ravens? Every defensive player in the league wants to play in this defense because it's the best. It's a defense set up for the players to make plays. Who wouldn't want to play here? How does a guy who grew up in Bradenton, Fla., end up at the University of Nebraska? [Laughs.] Tell him that he's going to play as a freshman. That's exactly how he'll end up there. I had no reservations about leaving. It was probably going to be either there or Auburn. But I chose to get out of the South completely and go to Nebraska.
