tsylvester Posted February 15, 2017 Posted February 15, 2017 Kipper, in his 2nd mock, has the Ravens taking him, even with other more notable corners and safeties on the board. He is a very good player, great instincts, hands, route recognition and good height. But he is slender, 170 (6-1) and has not faced consistantly good wide outs/ quarterback combos. I would love to see his timed speed but he plays fast... http://www.nfl.com/draft/2017/profiles/sidney-jones?id=2557958 Quote
tsylvester Posted March 21, 2017 Author Posted March 21, 2017 So, after his injury at his workout, torn achilles, he vows to be back ready to play, this year, for what that is worth. He is, when healthy, considered the best, when do you draft him? Is this, name your player from the past few drafts who fell because of injury, that player again? If he is there in the 2nd, should the Ravens take a flyer on him? Quote
RavenMad Posted March 23, 2017 Posted March 23, 2017 If he is still there in the 3rd I would take him. With the Ravens needs this should be an interesting and fun draft. A lot of our needs stack up with the talent depth at certain positions in the draft. Quote
