There have been a lot of misses. I also think Ozzie is to blame. The scouting problems have the buck stopping at his door. If he is unwilling to bring in better scouts then he should go and allow a new GM to fix the problem.

Ever wonder how it is that year after year, the Steelers are able to draft and develop outstanding wide receivers and tight ends while we can not? Why is this? That's is the biggest reason why they compete every season and we do not. Whoever is in charge of scouting for wide outs should seriously be looked at more closely. He's not doing his job. Maybe we should look at the Steelers scout and offer to double his salary.

I have been having a convo with the author on FB. Really things started going south in 2010 with a bounce back in 2011 before the 2012 consistency. I told him Ozzie should have been looking to fix things after 2013 being 3 of 4 bad drafts.
