varaven45 Posted October 26, 2011 Posted October 26, 2011 Lost of discussion amongst the ESPN experts - Golic, Gruden, Schefter, Greenberg, etc- about the bogus interference call this morning.. I watched it again last night in slow motion and it was without question a perfect hit. We got screwed by a horrible.How is a coach supposed to teach his players how to properly an offensive player. We might as well be playing flag football.eh ? What worse, that interference call extended Jax drive which ultimately led to a nearly 10 minute drive which led to points (FG). Those were big points in a close game. That hit and drive killer by Pollard might have been the mo' changer we needed to turn the game around. At the very least, we would have gotten the ball back and who knows ? Back to the point - the NFL is becoming the National Flagfootball League.
papasmurfbell Posted October 26, 2011 Posted October 26, 2011 By rule it was right it is just a bad rule. The back of Pollards helmet touched the other guys facemask. The NFL needs to do away with the rule.
