vmax
He's a "has-been"...Terrell Owens had a disappointing debut for the Seahawks (2-0), failing to catch any of the five passes thrown his way. Might not be a "has-been" yet...Manning played the first half and gave the Broncos (1-1) a 10-9 lead despite three turnovers, including an interception in the red zone for the second straight week, and another at midfield on a bad overthrow. The Yets looked terrible...the QB's have an interchangeable nickname of "Broadway Joke".......Rookie Jayron Hosley returned an interception of Sanchez 77 yards for a touchdown, and the defending Super Bowl champions got seven sacks while stifling the Jets in a 26-3 victory over their hometown rivals Saturday night.....The Jets managed just 83 yards and four first downs in the half, setting the bar low for Tebow when he entered to the loudest cheers of the night to start the second half. But Tebow was not particularly impressive and was largely held in check by the Giants’ second- and third-stringers.He overthrew backs in the flat, threw wobbly ducks over the middle and underthrew one receiver standing all by his lonesome in the corner of the end zone. And when it was all said and done, Tebow had wasted a prime opportunity to make a case for himself as the starter, completing just 5 of 14 passes for 69 yards. Loved the Theisman comentary on an RG3 short pass incompletion..."I like the fact that he got rid of the ball." On his fumble..."That's good...now he knows he can't out run the guys like he did college players". Every mistake RG3 made was "good"..."he looks good". Based on last year and what little pre season games tell us, it looks like the Texans could be the strongest team in the AFC. All 3 units are solid.
