oldno82
I've been watching football since 1958. This was one of the most exciting, dramatic wins I've ever seen from a Baltimore Football team. We were heavy underdogs and hardly anybody gave us a chance but the Ravens played a superb double overtime game and came up with a win against arguably the best quarterback ever. For me, this game is in the top 3 of football games I've experienced for Baltimore teams. I put it just after the 1958 Sudden Death 'greatest game ever played' and just ahead of the 1975 Colts 10-7 win against Miami when Toni Linhart kicked the winning field goal after an incredibly long drive led by Bert Jones. I was at that game and I'll never forget Jones collapsing in fatigue and emotion when he came to the bench to watch the kick. This was one hell of a football game yesterday!
