Wright dances back & forth for no gain, no where to go

Kick returned to the, well the 34 it appears, this is horrible, I would blame comcast, since for the past 2 weeks I've had connection issues.... Nice complete pass to Kirkland on a skinny post for 11 yards

Traing camp is near, pre season not far behind

No way they cut him, shoot look how long they stayed with Cleveland, plus, in a pinch he has shown he can play tackle or guard. The dude is 380 pounds, a svelte 380 too boot. -

I think we have more depth, unproven as some may be, on both lines than most realize. It may take a few games, but the cream will rise to the top as the saying goes -

I'm sure they are working on that, Monken likes to use two tightends in the passing scheme -

Pit is about to walk down the path to losing seasons, trade multiple picks and sign a wide receiver to a mega deal. Surprising for them since they draft that position so we'll. Auk is very good, but the draft has shown that he can be found in any year draft, He is not top 3... -

Sunday- Throughout camp, tight end Isaiah Likely has been a frequent playmaker; today, he was on another level. Repeatedly, Lamar Jackson found Likely in both 11-on-11 and 7-on-7 work, and their chemistry was on full display. Twice, Jackson connected with Likely for a touchdown, with multiple other passes gaining yards and moving the chains. Head coach John Harbaugh said Likely has put together a “fantastic training camp.” “Another great day. Connected on a bunch of deep balls out there, he’s been spectacular with the route-running details,” Harbaugh said. “I feel like the timing has been fantastic with him. He’s just a very special athlete.” The deep ball has been the crux of Jackson’s critics, and something the Ravens have worked to improve in training camp. Today, Jackson delivered his best practice going deep. Along with his connections to Likely, Jackson hit wide receiver Zay Flowers in stride along the boundary for a sizable gain and later in the practice when he gave wide receiver Sean Ryan a 50-50 ball against cornerback Marlon Humphrey, and Ryan delivered. Unfortunately, Jackson’s best deep ball of training camp was a drop from Nelson Agholor. On the fourth play of practice, Jackson launched a rainbow across the field as Agholor gained multiple yards of separation from his defender running in the middle of the field. The placement of Jackson’s pass connected with Agholor in-stride, but he couldn’t secure the ball. When the ball hit the grass, so too did Jackson’s helmet in frustration. During the final portion of 11-on-11s, Jackson once more found Agholor deep, who couldn’t haul in the pass along the sideline. Jackson once more expressed frustration. https://www.baltimorebeatdown.com/2024/8/12/24218933/ravens-training-camp-day-17-observations-lamar-challenges-refs-with-video-evidence -

I like that idea, all of the tools, can run the offense the way Lamar does so there would not be much change. I think he was rushed into playing which hurt his development. Make it so number 1

Wright looked really good, 7 carries, 35 yards, running hard, running through tackles, good blitz pick up. If he continues like this, he could be the 3 rb

Sucks about Wiggins, is there a voo doo doll someone uses every year of Ravens cornerbacks? Shoulder, ac joint, labrum, stinger? Hopefully nothing serious

Cleveland seems to have finally found a position that he can play. Quick, accurate snaps, very well job moving people our of the middle. If Faalele can nail down the guard job, this could be a monster, deep line. I will say it again, they went up against the starters of the Iggles, I thought the line as a whole was solid.

First preseason game, not bad for the offense in the first half considering they went up against the Iggles starting defense with a fly swatter. One thing is clear, get this out of the way now. Johnson is done, no arm strength, no leg drive. Those were not back shoulder throws to the outside, they were dying ducks. Even against the starters this rag tag group had opportunities, but Johnson just couldn't see the open men. Let's hope a decent vet gets released and the Ravens can pick him up. Yeah, the coverage units are a work in progress, as are the return teams. Too many missed tackles, out of position, missed lanes for return. But then these were mostly guys looking to make the practice squad, not the actual roster. 16-13, I'll take considering the Iggles played their starters for a half.
