  1. It is a smart play. They stayed within the rules and found a loophole.
  2. But you have Jimmy and Webby. Unless you think you will lose Jimmy that seems to high for a backup.
  3. Oh. I thought it was pretty cool. It is vid of a re-entery.
  4. I don't know. I figures I would pick later today.
  5. Being leery of MD players did stop them from taking DHB after drafting the OT they drafted who was super fast in the 40 but sucked as a football player. Also Torrey has shown he can play. He has put up numbers.
  6. I think McPhee has some real money coming his way. It is hard to say with RB's now. Their value is in flux at the moment. Someone could come strong to him. I could see Oak going hard for Torrey. They run a vertical attack and that is what he does best.
  7. So McPhee gets 4 yrs $48 mil with 15 upfront, Justin gets 3 yrs $46.5 12 upfront, and Torrey gets 5 yrs $40 14 upfront you think the Ravens should follow?
  8. If you wanted the stadium to be a mega church.
  9. Don't tell Skip Bayless he only has a yr left.
  10. Actually I think that is just what they need. They need help on a more reliable running game.
  11. That was what I was wondering. Going back home per se and working with Elway again.
  12. I expect Justin to take the money if it is better elsewhere. He has never had a payday. He is past where a RB falls apart. I think they will have to let him test the market and if it is not to high they can bring him back. I would not go higher than $4 mil per.
  13. Oh with the rfiring of John Fox and his entire staff in Denver makes for an interesting situation. Would Kubes change his mind on coming back if he got to go back there?
  14. So I guess the big QB's who do it in the league that have more consistency are wasting their time. The bad throw and the more time working together are two differnt things.
  15. I think Pierce is gone.
  16. He is 77 yrs old. How long was he going to go for? I just respect what he created. He drastically changed D in the NFL for a generation.
  17. And his feet would have dragged in bounds for the TD. But it was in no way going to get picked off. I am guessing you have heard the term about a spot where only my guy can get it.
  18. It is so very early yet so these rankings and positions will change dramatically. We will know much more by the end of March.
  19. Why woudl I be joking that Joe and the guys he throws to should work out all the bugs in their game? Other than Daniels and SS nobody was totally on the same page with Joe. I think it is from Daniels being experienced in this system and Smith being a consummate pro and being able to adapt. Working with guys is more for the guys Joe throws to than him. I would say Unitas, Berry, and Moore knew what they were talking about.
  20. Jimmy will help with the secondary so that is not as great a problem. It does need so real depth though. I can't see the Ravens being in the walking wounded league again next yr. This yr was an aberration.
  21. Well Joe threw that ball to the wrong place. Had he thrown it 2.5 yds to the left only Torrey would have been able to catch it. No what I am saying is them both being on the same page when a DB is lined up and oriented to either side what Torrey would do in that situation. I do think that Torrey's lack of production came from him not knowing exactly what to do on given plays and him 2nd guessing himself all the time. There is not enough practice time in the camps for them to do this type of thing. A leader needs to do it himself.
  22. Are you saying the pick?
  23. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xzzb4WL1sH4
  24. Now he needs to get in Joes ear about working in the offseason with his receivers. Take a few weekends and pound on the routes on situations so they are on the same page on game days.
  25. Dorial Green-Beckham*, WR, Oklahoma Height: 6-6. Weight: 220. Projected 40 Time: 4.55. This is the high risk high reward guy. He can be had easy for the Ravens since he was thrown off OU. This is the type of guy the Ravens need though. Jaelen Strong*, WR, Arizona State Height: 6-3. Weight: 212. Projected 40 Time: 4.52. This would be a solid pick. It wouldn't be a Beckam type but he would help. He should slide to 26. He seems like Torrey but more upside. Kevin White, WR, West Virginia Height: 6-1. Weight: 210. Projected 40 Time: 4.40. He should slide to 26. He seems like Torrey but more upside. Devin Funchess*, WR/TE, Michigan Height: 6-5. Weight: 230. Projected 40 Time: 4.64. This would be an intriguing pick to team with Gilmore. Pharaoh Brown, TE, Oregon Height: 6-6. Weight: 250. Projected 40 Time: 4.69. I like this as an option. Maxx Williams**, TE, Minnesota Height: 6-4. Weight: 250. Projected 40 Time: 4.63. I figure if th eRavens go high for a WR or TE it will be with Williams. Nick O'Leary, TE, Florida State Height: 6-3. Weight: 247. Projected 40 Time: 4.64. Clive Walford, TE, Miami Height: 6-4. Weight: 258. Projected 40 Time: 4.70.
