I think Buck pushed the right buttons durin the season. Those buttons have been taken away from him now. Normally a mang is good for say 5 wins a season. I would say Buck was good for at least 15 this yr.

Power tends to be exposed in the PO's. You don't get to 4tha nd 5th starters. You always get the best pitching. The Yanks have not been that great for a long time. They have been just above mediocre for over 10 yrs now.

The Royals are built for speed. That is much more useful in the playoffs than waiting fro a good HR pitch.

If the O's had some speed they could cause the same problems. Now they just pitch them to keep off the long ball.

The O's are supper slow. They may not be stealing but they are manufacturing runs by threatening to.

Actually I think they have been better after Weit went down. They were like 2 games above .500 with weit and well over .500 after he went down. I think the rotation got better without him. Sure Weit will start but if he can come out to start the season and light the world on fire trade him while you can. Just let him go. Manny I am not sure about. His knees are a giant quetion mark to me.

Buck pulled a bunch of smoke and mirrors with his replacements this season. I don't think that will keep working. Also Cakes is up. I don't think they should bring him back at all. He is getting slow now. Imagine 4-5 yrs fro now.

That was the first game of the PO's I watched. I really like how KC is built. They will be a real hard out.

I don't see it being extended. I think they will do a partial rebuild and try to have a ran again in 3-4 yrs.

The window is closing fast and I see no need to extend a older maybe becoming injury prone player into that.
