  1. Honestly I would have been satisfied with 2-4 this road trip. If they go 3-3 I will be happy, if they win any more I will be thrilled. Nice win tonight.
  2. I read that after The Pacific series. It was really good.
  3. Yeah they probably will not last, but either way I am a fan so while my expectations are tempered, I will enjoy the good runs knowing that that may not last. If they are improved all the sweeter.
  4. What a great win today.
  5. It was a very nice win tonight. Nice 9th inning comeback.

    Snow Sucks

I built a snow fort today using Avon© boxes. It ruled!
  7. Another nice starting pitching performance. Markakis off to a great start.
  8. It was announced as a sell out. I was a bit worried at the end but thats usually a given with the Orioles. Nice opening day.
  9. I disagree. I think they will be terrible but I think they will be a few games better than last year.
  10. Best of luck to Ben. It is his career and his body, I have no problem with him going after some cash.
  11. Good luck Cravn, I know you will enjoy yourself.
  12. I wouldn't authorize it. It doesn't bother me though because for years there have been some occasions where flags have been flown half mast for entertainers and other celebrities. Paterno? Billy Barty? Werent the flags in Gillette Stadium half mast for a game for Myra Kraft? I do not bear any of them ill will but I would not have made the same decision. Well one could make that same argument for some of the many career politicians who have had the flags flown half mast in their honor. Not that I do not see your point.
  13. I understand how you feel and will not criticize you for it, not that I agree with you. I just felt the 'rot in hell' remark was pretty cold. I know you didn't make it. Other than that I may not have posted in this thread. I feel a similar way you do with this whenever a auto racer dies. I am sorry they died but I have a hard time thinking its a tragedy or anything. You go around a track at high speeds with a bunch of other cars doing the same and its surprising when someone dies? I am surprised more people don't. I do feel more compassion for drug and lifestyle related deaths because I have seen and understand (to some extent, not personally thank goodness) addictions and the damage they do. That's just the way I feel, I do not expect or care so much if people agree with me. In regards to the 'rot in hell' remark - I am not much of a hater so if someone dies or is harmed in a way that for some reason me sitting on my high horse does not find sad or sympathetic I will not piss all over a thread with disparaging remarks where people are mourning or discussing the person.
  14. She had problems and its sad, at least to me. Not as sad as a total innocent walking down the street who gets hit by a car or similar but still sad. Everyone has problems. Some its drugs or alcohol and its easy for others to look down on them. Others its food or cigarettes or something like that. No one I know is perfect and it seems to me often the strictest judges of character have as many or more problems than the ones they judge. She had quite a set of pipes. I remember watching many of her early videos over and over because of how beautiful she was.

    Travel Advisory

I'd bet the number of drug related deaths per capita has been higher in Baltimore in the last 6 years. I wouldn't be surprised if people in Mexico send links about not vacationing in Baltimore. Not that I am planning to go to Mexico any time soon. I'll stick with El Salto.
  16. lol, a new Gino's is opening right up the street from me.
  17. That's hilarious. Does anyone know what the original joke of that kid was? I cannot find it. It was along the same lines.
  18. I am glad you remember. I for one have no idea what you are posting about, and despite you weaving quite a tale I find myself less than interested. I do reiterate that you always post in the same argumentative and condescending way regardless of with who and where you are posting.
  19. I do not recall that ever happening. I do know from other boards that your current posting style is your old posting style and that you do not act like an ass because someone was mean to you first.
  20. No you just generally act like a child in other ways. Constantly and consistenly. I treated you like you deserved to be treated. If you do not consistently act like an ass you will not get treated like one. By the way its 'barred' you fucking idiot.
  21. First of all I commend you on admitting it. Most people who act like dicks deny it when called out. However blaming it on other people is kind of weak. They do not force you to be condescending, they do not force you to post frequent 'I told you so' posts, they do not force you to become snippy and upset when people do not agree with your analysis. Simply put you act like a dick, ass in your words, because you simply feel like it, or cannot help it.
  22. It bothers me most in football, not that it stops me from going. With the capped league and the TV paying all the salaries I think the tickets are far too high. If I look at it value wise, its not bad in relation to the number of games and the cost of other sports tickets, it just bugs me a bit when I see the revenue numbers.
  23. As soon as you apologize for constantly being a dick.
  24. Could he be better? Maybe. Does his record warrant a replacement? No way. If we got rid of him I wonder how long it would take for him to get a new job. Minutes? If you look at his accomplishments hes done a great job.
