  1. Evasion and tap dancing.
  2. Unworthy response.
  3. Not good enough. Try again ............... Professor.
  4. Still evading the truth. Does Joe Flacco make his sorrounding talent better through his athleticism and football IQ like the two Elite QB's we've already seen on our schedule? Has Joe Flacco lived up to his Elite status contract? Is Joe Flacco more part of the problem and less the solution to our offensive woes? There's only one answer. The floor is yours.
  5. Reality Check from the School of Hard Knocks: Does Joe Flacco make his sorrounding talent better, as should be expected of Elite QB status, through his athleticism and his football IQ? No. Has Joe Flacco lived up or will ever live up to his Elite status contract? Absolutely not. Is Joe Flacco more part of the problem than the solution to this team's offensive woes? You betchum.
  6. Does this mean Bisciotti will lose your patronage? AAaaaawwwwwww..... whatta loss.
  7. That's the big problem with this O line. KO and Yanda are required to help Gradkowski too much and that's taken away from their individual games. Both Yanda and KO are excellent blockers at the first level ( opposing D line ) and second level of defences ( inside LB's ). When both Yanda and KO are stuck at the first level helping Gradkowski, holes close quickly and running lanes vanish which means no yardage for Rice and Pearce which in turn leads to a predictable offense with Joe Flacco having to air it out 50 times a game in a losing effort. The problem with this offense all too obvious - it's the offensive line and the problem with this offensive line is all too obvious - it's Gradkowski, who is too small, too inexperienced, and too soft to play the C position at this level. Shipley appears to be over his preseason hip injury - it's time to give this vet a shot.
  8. Perhaps not. Curious to see what happens with this O line after the bye. I just wanna see what Shipley can do. We already know what Gradkowski can and cannot do.
  9. Gino Gradkowski got the highest grade? Now that's funny. So much for Pro Football Forum's credibility.
  10. Then you agree, Aaron Rodgers, the Elite QB did far more with far less. There's no room for disagreement.
  11. Nothing will change the fact that Aaron Rodgers, an Elite QB, did much more with much less. Don't you agree?
  12. Reality Check: Elite QB's make others around him better through the mastery of his position. At the Elite level, you don't hear complaints about O line play or over used buzz words like " separation " for receivers. These are excuses reserved for non Elite QB's that litter this game. Yesterday's game is a prime example of this. Aaron Rodgers, working with 2 rookie Tackles and only 2 healthy second tier WR's managed to pull off a victory against a Ravens' team that's playing lights out defence. That's Elite level quarterbacking. As to my personal opinion of Joe Flacco - Joe Flacco is a high maintenance above average QB and by high maintenance I mean he needs the oerfect O line, the perfect set of receivers and the perfect game plan to be successful. That's my opinion and your Reality Check.
  13. Break down the middle of the line and the whole line goes down the drain. Don't you think it odd that the Ravens attacked the edges and instead of the middle in the red zone and on short yardage? Smells like the OC has little or no faith in the middle's ability to move the defensive line around.
  14. Hey Crav. Are you now willing to admit that Joe Flacco is not an elite QB?
  15. Start of the second half - Gradkowski is left open one on one with Green Bay's MLB on a Ray Rice cutback. Ray Rice gets caught from behind for no gain because Gradkowski's decided to play pitty pat with the Green Bay MLB instead of driving the block to free Rice into some primo open field. Whatta load this guy is. Wake up Harbaugh - Gradkowski's asleep - the run game is asleep - this offense is asleep.
  16. Agreed. If Gradkowski isn't on borrowed time - he should be. What was to be the strength of this O line ( the middle ) is now it's greatest weakness. Both Osemele and Yanda should get a bye for their less than stellar play this season. They are far too preoccupied with helping Gradkowski to be as effective as they have been in the past. Today's game against a big Green Bay front will bear out what's been said here. Wake up John Harbaugh, a change in the middle of this O line is desperately needed........ now.
  17. Judging from the responses, you Ladies must have missed me........ badly. And judging from ther post on this board, I can see why. In case you're wondering, I've been hanging out on one of the big boy sites dispensing big boy knowledge of the game. Just for old times sake, I'll drop these tid bits on you girls. ( A ) Both Jensen and Shipley were dealing with injuries in preseason- Gradkowski is starter by default. ( B ) Shipley proved he's 100% healthy again yesterday. ( C ) Shipley will be the starting C before the end of the season. ( D ) Ryan Jensen, once healthy, is the starting C next season. Discuss amongst yourselves.
  18. I've watched Gradkowski through preseason and 5 games and I have to conclude that this kid just is just not ready for prime time. Slow line calls, lack of muscle at the point of attack, and an inability to pick up line stunts has spelled disaster for the entire O line. AQ Shipley looked good today subbing for injured Osomele. Unlike Gradkowski, this vet showed some real thump in his game. Going forward, the fortunes of this O line and the offense won't change until Shipley replaces Gradkowski at Center and Monroe replaces McKinney at Left Tackle. What say you?
