  1. I say he gets at least 1,000 yards. "What do you think Gus?' "This is what you put the work in to do, I never considered myself a backup."
  2. Jeff Zrebiec (@jeffzrebiec) Any player put on I.R. after 4 p.m. tomorrow can return after three games. WRs Rashod Bateman (groin) and Miles Boykin (hamstring); TE Nick Boyle (knee) and CB Jimmy Smith (ankle) could all get I.R. consideration if team feels like they are still several weeks away from return. Jeff Zrebiec (@jeffzrebiec) So moving those guys to I.R. would open up roster spots for veterans like OLB Pernell McPhee, S Anthony Levine Sr., TE Eric Tomlinson and NT Justin Ellis to return. Not sure all 4 will be back, but a few of them figure to be. https://t.co/hHSU6qXjdZ Jeff Zrebiec (@jeffzrebiec) So moving those guys to I.R. would open up roster spots for veterans like OLB Pernell McPhee, S Anthony Levine Sr., TE Eric Tomlinson and NT Justin Ellis to return. Both don't have to clear waivers, so Ravens can re-sign them later this week after placing short-term IR designations on players like WRs Rashod Bateman and Miles Boykin.”
  4. McSorely cut
  5. McCrary waived Jeff Zrebiec on Twitter “The Ravens are waiving UDFA RB Nate McCrary, who had a really nice preseason. Looks like they're going with Gus Edwards, Ty'Son Williams and Justice Hill for now. IF McCrary clears waivers, he could wind up on practice squad.” “Ravens are always doing back-end roster juggling, but at this point, CB Chris Westry and UDFA S Ar'Darius Washington are expected to be on the 53-man roster.” Moore cut.....Mason cut
  6. All in all, Perriman has robbed the NFL.

  8. Tuesday, August 31 [2:42 p.m.] Ravens waive defensive back Nigel Warrior [2:41 p.m.] Ravens trade guard Ben Bredeson to the New York Giants [1:48 p.m.] Ravens release defensive tackle Justin ‘Jelly’ Ellis. [9:04 a.m.] Ravens release tight end Tony Poljan.
  9. Warrior waived. Hopefully he gets on the PS. Bredison dealt to Giants for draft pick. That means the Ravens got 3 draft picks for 3 players who were not going to make the roster. Ravens gave up a 5 (2023) and a 7 for 4th in 2022. Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) The #Ravens have released veteran DT Justin “Jelly” Ellis, source said. He could return on the practice squad.
  10. Woke up this morning thinking that people over the ages with their energy, innovation, science and industry created this situation. Those same qualities exist in us today and they can bring about the solution.
  11. Roster update as far as injured Ravens getting back on the field...
  12. We should start seeing cuts today as the final roster begins to emerge. feel free to post any questions, obervations or news as this develops. The latest that I hear is that Boyle won't be ready. Looks like PUP or IR. I think they keep Oliver and Tomlinson. Could they keep Mason who I think they cut? Here's Eisenberg's roster.... Very interesting situation going on at CB and Safety...so much talent....Baltimore Ravens, NFL, AFC, Washington Football Team, Preseason
  13. "What do you think Jamison?" "I'm so glad you asked!" "And Just Remember.....
  14. Qualities the Ravens need in a RB is speed and the fast decidedness to hit the hole and then power and acceleration. I don't think any of these guys have that. Look at Ingram last year. The wheels went flat and he had average numbers in an above average running scheme. Where's Terry Allen when you need him?
  15. Here's something positive....
  16. I came across this article this morning that is focused on climate psychology. It really hit home how much this issue impacts our thinking, feelings and behavior. I have studied climate change so mush and become very aware of what our future, our children's future will be like to the point of being depressed at times. At the least, there's a sadness that I feel because I know that life as we knew it will is gone forever. Even if we, as a planet, get on top of this now, the repercussions of our destruction will take earth and nature 2-300 years for us to get back to where we are now. The damage is already done. It's depressing to wrap your head around that. Many people that I know simply do not want to think or talk about it. Understandably. In what feels like a futile effort to raise awareness, I've tried to point out that what we have experienced in the last 18 months is a small taste of what's to come. It will leave you depressed or at least sad the more that you think about it. I can't function for long in that state of mind. Where I'm going with this is that awareness, in your innermost self, is needed to realize that there is a very real problem and it's not going to go away by ignoring it. I've been in over my head in many real life situations and nothing changed those situations or how I felt inside until I got into action. Once I took constructive action on creating a solution than I began to feel better and the situation began to change. I can't change the world yet I can change how I think, behave and react. I am one of 7,577,130,400 people on this planet. A grain of sand. I want to do my part to help minimize the impact of the extinction event. When I focus or dream about all of us getting into the solution I begin to feel hope. I begin to feel better. Happier. Sometimes, many times, things have to fall apart to be put back better. that's the nature of change. I can also see what going green will do for the new lifestyles that are to come. It's a nice vision. New and better science and choices. Healthy lifestyles. Healthy living. People united for this new life. Maybe we will realize that all of us are connected and that what I do to you, I do to me. That would be a nice place to end up. Climate change is radicalizing young people — here's what that means and how to combat despair (msn.com)
  17. I'm not excited about Hill yet he does have experience in this offense. In 2 years he hasn't done much or shown much as a runner. That's not good considering the incredible running game the Ravens have. McCrary could beat him out as the season progresses if he falters. Williams may flourish in this scheme. So far Williams and McCrary have not played against starters. They were handicapped by the patched up O Line so how well they did is a credit to them. Lot of unknowns here. I think McCrary runs too upright and does not have the speed to get outside. He needs more development.
  18. A little more information:
  19. Yes! I thought so too. I thought he would be unstoppable. Remember: Jamal tore his ACL in his 2nd season in 2001 and look at what he did in 2002. This is a lot of yards, TD's and 1st downs to replace. Williams has shown me something...he has an intensity that is very Raven-like.
  20. I think the RB's to make the 53 will be Gus, Hill and Williams. McCrary goes to PS. No...No....No....way to old...no...no...no...way too slow
  21. Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) An MRI today confirmed that Ravens’ RB J.K. Dobbins, one of the top young running backs in the game, suffered a season-ending torn ACL, per source...............
  22. Lamar just tweeted a bunch of crying faces
