ravinmaniac52 Posted October 7, 2013 Posted October 7, 2013 NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported Sunday night that Clay Matthews was diagnosed with a broken thumb following the Green Bay Packers' victory over the Detroit Lions. A league source now tells ESPN's Adam Schefter that the injury is expected to sideline Matthews forat least one month. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap2000000258627/article/packers-clay-matthews-reportedly-will-miss-a-month Quote
vmax Posted October 7, 2013 Posted October 7, 2013 Yea...I heard that today. Even if he wears a cast it will hurt his game. He could've had a 5 sack day against McKinnie. Quote

Oldschool739 Posted October 7, 2013 Posted October 7, 2013 Lets hope we don't McKinnie again I don't think Fat Mac will start another game for us unless it's at another position.... Monroe is taking his spot over starting this week, and Ose will probably be back too so I think Fat Mac rides the bench til trade or season end... Goooo Ravens !!!! Quote
vmax Posted October 8, 2013 Posted October 8, 2013 Bulletin Board!!!!!!!!!!!! If there's one stretch where the Packers might be able to make-do without Matthews, it's the next four weeks. Three of Green Bay's next four games are against teams ranked 16th or lower in total offense: Baltimore (16th), Cleveland (22) and Minnesota (28). The Packers also have Chicago in that four-game stretch. The Bears have the NFL's eighth-ranked offense. Quote
Oldschool739 Posted October 8, 2013 Posted October 8, 2013 Bulletin Board!!!!!!!!!!!! Yea but we are an explosion waiting to happen max, we could be 16th one game and top 5 the next if we get our starters back and a little rhythm going....Look out, here come that BAD BUNCH OF BIRDS again....CAW CAW.... Ravens Proud !!!! Quote
